THE IMPORTANCE OF CONTINUAL VISION REVIEW

SCRIPTURE: And the Lord answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it. Habakkuk 2:2

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: The continual review of vision provokes re-firing, re-energization and acceleration of the vision.

It has been established from our previous studies that vision review is critical to vision fulfilment. We saw the example of Apostle Paul who continually reviewed, recited and rehearsed his vision unto fulfilment. Like Apostle Paul, if you review, rehearse and recite your life’s vision continually, you will fulfil it (Romans 11:13).

Now, what is the importance of continual review of vision?

1. The continual review of vision provokes re-firing, re-energization and acceleration of the vision.

Habakkuk 2:2 says:

Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.

This means, to review is to re-fire. Vision review provokes re-firing, re-energization and acceleration of the vision. You run when you review vision.

So, those who review vision are runners of the vision.

1. Vision review attracts light, insight and wisdom for the fulfilment of the vision.

Matthew 6:22-23 says,

The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light. But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness, how great is that darkness!

If your eye is single, your body shall be flooded with light. Every time you focus at what God wants you to fulfil for Him on earth, wisdom begins to flow. You begin to see how to get it done. You begin to see ways, ideas, inspirations, innovations, concepts, etc. on how to get it done.

My counsel is, do not just have a vision; make sure it is clear. Ensure it is written and positioned all-around you where you can review it from time to time.

Remember this: The continual review of vision provokes re-firing, re-energization and acceleration of the vision.

2. Pursue your vision unto ultimate fulfilment.
