TOPIC: AVOIDING FINANCIAL CROOKEDNESS
SCRIPTURE: There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil. JOB 1:1.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: God looks at your financial records of uprightness before committing tangible wealth of the Kingdom to you.
It has been established that God does not withhold good things from those who walk uprightly. (Psalm 84:11). This means, uprightness is key to accessing divine blessings. In the same way, crookedness hinders a person from accessing divine blessings.
Now, one area of uprightness which is key to accessing divine packages for the Year 2024 is financial uprightness. God looks at your financial records of uprightness before committing tangible wealth of the Kingdom to you.
Concerning Job, the Bible says:
There was a man in the land of Uz, whose name was Job; and that man was perfect and upright, and one that feared God, and eschewed evil.
Job 1:1.
Many of us need to change the way we do business with people so God can entrust us with massive resources.
Sometime ago, we went for a crusade in a place, and in that place, we saw people selling wristbands with our picture on them.
L And you know, we don’t function like that. One wonders whoever authorized them to do those kind of things?
If some people are given the privilege by God to be stewards of a place like the Glory Dome, they would have sold the entire Church. Everyone would be under a mandate to pay certain amount before they can be prayed for.
My counsel to you is, make up your mind today that this year, your financial dealings shall be straight. Every transaction you would have with people shall be straight; every business you shall do would be straight; and you would see how God would overwhelm you with financial blessing.
REMEMBER THIS: God looks at your financial records of uprightness before committing tangible wealth of the Kingdom to you.
ASSIGNMENTS:
- Make up your mind to straighten every financial dealing you would have with people.
- Refuse to fall into the temptation of financial crookedness.
PRAYER: Lord, I ask that You straighten my financial records. Help me to remain financially upright, Lord, in Jesus’ Name.
