Nysc DG Tells Corps Members To Be Patriotic , Hardworking And Resilient

The orientation course for 2021 batch ‘B’ stream ii corps members posted to the the federal capital territory Abuja has ended with a call on corps members to sustain the spirit of patriotism , hard work and resilence imbibed at the camp.

Speaking on Tuesday at the FCT orientation camp, Kubwa, the Director General National Youth Service Corps NYSC, Brigadier General Shuaibu Ibrahim called on the them to do the nation proud in their expected roles in advancing the unity and development of the nation.

Brig Gen Ibrahim represented at the occasion by the FCT NYSC coordinator Alhaji Suleiman Abdul, used the occasion to call on them to take their posting in good faith and perform their duties with diligence.

Reiterating the commitment of the management to the safety of corps members Gen Ibrahim however called on them to be security conscious while avoiding risky engagement that involves them staying out late, unauthorized journeys and night trips.

A total of 1344 comprising of 678 males and 666 females undertook the mandatory orientation exercise at the orientation camp.
