Mic thrown by Cardi B at fan goes for $100K at auction

Microphone hurled at a concertgoer by Cardi B, the US rapper, has gone up for auction.

Last week, Cardi B, in retaliation, threw a microphone at a concertgoer who tossed a drink at her while performing ‘Bodak Yellow’ at Drai’s Beach club in Las Vegas.

A few days after the incident, TMZ reports that the microphone is now up for auction.

The mic hurled into the crowd, according to the news outlet, belongs to an audio production company called The Wave in Sin City.

Scott Fisher, the owner of the company, is said to have decided to auction it to benefit a couple of charities.

Fisher said the microphone which originally cost $1000 still works after the rapper threw it into the crowd.
