Governor of Jigawa vows to ensure prosecution of the 11 men accused of raping 12 year old girl

The Jigawa State government has vowed to prosecute all the 11 men accused of raping a 12-year-old girl over a period of time.

The state governor, Baduru Abubakar, has vowed to ensure that no stone will be left unturned in ensuring that justice is served.

Speaking during a press conference in Dutse, the state capital, the governor said “My Attorney General is always the lead counsel in prosecuting rape charges and in this case, he and the police are actively aware and “We will leave no stone unturned until we bring those people to justice.
