The governor of Ondo state, Rotimi Akeredolu, has died after battling a prolonged illness Akeredolu.

He was reported to have died on Wednesday morning at the state house hospital in Lagos of Leukemia.

According to Sahara Reporters, the governor died of prolonged leukaemia at a state house hospital in Lagos on Wednesday morning.
