Former speaker of the House of Representatives,Rt. Hon. Ghali Umar Na’Abba, has died at 65 .
The former lawmaker, who was elected into the House of Representatives, reportedly died at the national hospital in Abuja on Wednesday morning.
Na’Abba was the speaker of the House of Representatives between 1999-2003 but lost his re-election bid after falling out with former president Olusegun Obasanjo.
The circumstances surrounding his death were yet to be ascertained. Until his death, he played the role of political and public commentator.
